A Self-Addressed Memo, Packed With Awesome!

God loves you.

Take control of your life. Be a leader. Don't be afraid to take the initiative, and stop apologizing for every little thing you do. Be a leader. Take control. You are destined to do great things! Take a few reasonable risks. Those things that you are fearful of are really not that big of a deal! Take initiative. Don't always wait for others to take control. God has foreordained you to be a leader - act the part, and He will bless you with the ability! There is a lesson to be learned in the adage, "It's better to beg forgiveness than to ask permission." Use these words wisely and realize that it is only in taking initiative and stepping out of your comfort zone that you will find the most satisfaction and growth in life.

Be obedient. God will bless you, and He cannot lie! Do you remember when He gave you directions that didn't make sense to you, that you struggled to follow? Do you remember what happened when you thought you should give up? Do you remember the blessings that followed because of your obedience? Good! Continue to remember it; remember that it was the reason for this self-addressed memo. Remember that God loves you!

Keep perspective. You are God's son. You have divine potential. Keeping perspective will help you to be IN the world but not OF the world! You were right to seek perspective in the past. Please continue to do so. It will be for your benefit!

Persevere! Don't give up! God is at your side always and, though you may trip and stumble from time to time, He still loves you and will not forsake you! You are special and valuable to Him, and He wants to bless you. Persevere so that you may receive those blessings that are predicated upon your obedience and submissiveness. Remember that you can call on God for help anytime and, while He may not give you the aid you want or expect, He will always give you the aid that will bless you the most!

Be happy. Find joy. In all things in life. Continue to pursue your desires for music and dancing and martial arts and language and family and travel and adventure and growth and learning and living! You don't need to wait for this life to end to find joy, God created all things for you to experience joy in life! That joy may be found in the beauty that surrounds you, in the peace of the outdoors, in the fresh air, in swimming, in running, in playing, and in living life to the fullest. Don't let life get you down!

Continue to be kind and friendly. But remember, being kind and friendly does not mean to apologize for everything that you do that you think has offended others. Focus on loving God and you will not offend your neighbour, for to love God requires that you love your neighbour.

Be grateful. You have many gifts, talents and blessings in your life. All of which come from the Great I AM. As you express your gratitude, you will grow and will find much richer enjoyment in life. Remember that gratitude is a sign of maturity. Adopt an attitude of gratitude and God will make within you an endless well of grace and truth, that shall "spring up into everlasting life".

Always remember that, as God's son, He loves you and will not forsake you, for "[He] has graven thee upon the palms of [His] hands."

All the best wishes of Faith, Peace, Hope, and Love,

- Your recently inspired self.
